Karasavas, Seales Named to All-ESAC Teams
NEWTOWN, Pa. - Marcos Karasavas and Triston Seales of the Williamsonn College of the Trades soccer team have earned postseason honors as announced by the Eastern States Athletic Conference. Karasavas was selected as First Team All-ESAC with Seales being named to the Second Team.
Karasavas led the Mechanics with seven goals this season and tied for the team lead at 17 points. His seven goals ranked in the top-30 of the USCAA. The Drexel Hill Pa. native opened the season with a brace in each of the first two games of the season, at Christendom (9/6) and against Penn State Hazleton (9/9). He also tallied the game-tying goal in the 70th minute against Patrick Henry (9/27) as WT forged a come-from-behind draw.
Seales made a major impact in his first season on campus, tying Karasavas for the team-high in points with 17 on the strength of six goals and five assists. He registered the game-tying goal in his collegiate debut at Christendom (9/6) and then found the back of the net and had two assists against Penn State Hazleton (9/9). Arguably his best game of the year came on October 3 when he had a hat trick against The Crown College as part of a 4-0 Mechnics win.
