MEDIA, Pa. - The Wiliamson College of the Trades basketball team rallied from a second half deficit to defeat the Christendom Crusaders, 54-47 on Friday afternoon.
BY THE NUMBERS
- A'Jaad White led the Mechanics with 13 points and 11 rebounds for his seventh double-double of the season.
- Ronald Johnson added 12 points.
- Misael Santana had 11 points and four steals.
- Liam Rardin pulled down 10 rebounds.
- WT tied a season-low with nine turnovers.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Williamson got off to a hot start, acoring the first six points of the game and eventiually went up 11-2 a little more than five minutes into the contest.
- Christendom methodically battled back, pulling the game back to a one-point contest as the Mechanics took a 21-20 lead into halftime.
- The Crusaders took an early second half lead and eventually forged ahead 43-37 with 7:11 remaining.
- Undaunted, WT got-a trey from Santana that ignited a 17-4 closing run.
